Shipping & Returns

 

Custom Window Screen Orders: Custom window screen orders and made-to-order window screen orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved in meeting your specifications. Window Screen Pros® primarily uses UPS as its in-house parcel carrier but is open to using your preferred shipping carrier and account.

 

Reporting Issues with Custom Made Products: Any problems or concerns with custom-made products must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt. Our quality workmanship is guaranteed within three (3) months of receipt of your custom-made window screen(s). Refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

 

Return Policy for Stocked Items: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a stocked item or do-it-yourself raw material purchase, you may return unused, resalable products within 14 days of the original date of delivery. A restocking fee of 20% to 35% applies, depending on whether it is a common screen size or a rare/custom size. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless exchanging the product due to our error, in which case Window Screen Pros will cover return shipping costs. International orders shipped outside of the United States are non-returnable.

 

Order Shortages, Damages, or Discrepancies: Order shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be claimed within three (3) business days of receipt. All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from Window Screen Pros customer service department. A 20% (common sizes) to 35% (uncommon sizes) restocking fee may apply depending on the quantity and style of items being returned.

 

Refused Orders: If an order is refused, shipping charges are non-refundable, and restocking fees will apply. Customers refusing a package will be charged for return fees, and the refused package will remain with Window Screen Pros® until payment is received for resending.

 

Shipping Charges and Fees: Please note that shipping charges or other shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damage in Shipping: Inspect your window screen order immediately upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for claims. Keep original shipping containers for inspection. If using your shipping carrier and account, you are responsible for filing a claim.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information: Verify shipping addresses before placing orders to avoid redirecting fees or lost merchandise. Window Screen Pros will charge a $10 flat fee for incorrect ship-to addresses.

 

Custom Window Screen Orders & Close-out Items: Customized and custom-made items cannot be returned. Close-out and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

 

Product Returns for International Orders: International orders shipped via a freight forwarder to points outside the continental United States are non-returnable.

 

Stocked Inventory Returns: Unsatisfied with your purchase of stocked items? Contact us within two (2) business days for return approval. Restocking fees apply, or exchange without fees if opting for equal or higher value items.

 

Warranty Returns: Follow our return procedures for warranty claims. Return will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Replacement, replacement part, or repaired product will be sent after verification.

 

Return Procedures: Notify Window Screen Pros® of concerns with your window screen product(s). A customer service representative will assist in processing your warranty claim. Return will not be accepted without a provided Return Authorization Number. You will be provided an address for the return, and a replacement will be sent after verification. For problems after the warranty period, request a repair or replacement quote.
