Window Screen Pros offers do-it-yourself COMPLETE WINDOW SCREEN KITS for screens from 30" x 30" up to 36" x 72". Our complete window screen kits includes every piece of material you possibly need to make your own window screens at the home.

DIY Window Screen Kit Includes:

  • Four aluminum frame sticks (will be cut to match your size selection)
  • Black foam spline
  • Screen fiberglass mesh (size and color provided will be enough to match your selections)
  • Four aluminum internal corner connectors
  • Two aluminum flat tension springs (easy installation hardware)
  • Two black plastic pull tabs

Required Tools:

  • Measuring Tape
  • Pencil
  • Hacksaw & Mitre Block
  • Spline roller

The great advantage for the DIY complete kits allow you to save significant money on shipping and the aluminum frames are easy to cut down using a standard hack saw. You must be knowledgable of cutting 45% angles by using a hacksaw. This is a non-refundable product once the frame(s) and/or mesh have been cut or damaged from their original sizes.

Nicely packed. Frame material was quite easy to cut. I didnt have a spline roller on hand but was able to purchase one locally to install the mesh.
